MEDITATION WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 20, 2017 (RELAXING ON A RAINY DAY)

Found this one on a quick Youtube search for being groggy and tired on a rainy day. The narrator stated it was her first guided meditation, but she did a good job. You can really benefit from the 20 minute meditations to yourself. This one may make you a little sleepy, but at peace and the sounds of the rain help drown out the other thoughts in your mind.
