Ultimate Salad with Protein

  • 3 Cups Spinach
  • 2 Cups Chopped Onions and peppers
  • 2 Jalepenos Chopped
  • Half a Cucumber
  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 Cups Chicken (grilled) or Shrimp
  • 1/2 Cup Almonds or nut of your choice

Throw Contents in large Bowl and use a Pizza Cutter to cut up and mix together, Serve with an Asian Ginger Sesame Low Sugar Dressing
